[font=宋体][size=12pt][color=#000000]为了保障参赛者的人身安全，尽可能地避免比赛过程中意外伤害情况的发生，特制定此参赛体检标准，所有参赛者都必须按照本标准进行身体检查，并且检查结果要符合本标准和达到技术要求，方可参加比赛。[/color][/size][/font]

[font=宋体][size=12pt][color=#000000]参赛者须在比赛前一个月内自行到二级甲等以上医院进行身体检查。会游泳、会骑自行车，并能解决比赛中自己所须使用的器材。[/color][/size][/font]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]2[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]．身体检查必须至少包含以下项目且结果须符合以下标准：[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]50[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]岁以下的参赛者：收缩压〈130mmHg(17.3KPa),舒张压<85mmHg(11.3KPa);[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]50[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]岁以上（包括50岁）的参赛者：收缩压<140mmHg，舒张压<90mmHg(12KPa);[/size][/font][/color]
[font=宋体][size=12pt][color=#000000]血压检查超出上述范围的不得报名参赛。[/color][/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=12pt][color=#000000]正常心电图：窦性心律，成人心房率40次/分—100次/分（职业运动员可低于40次/分），经医院确诊无其他异常。[/color][/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=12pt][color=#000000]不符合参赛条件的心电图异常举例：[/color][/size][/font]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]⑴．[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]窦性心动过速，成人心房率>100次/分。[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]⑵．[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]频发的窦性心律不齐。[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]⑶．[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]窦性停搏，房性、交界性、室性期前收缩或逸搏心律。[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]⑷．[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]病态窦房结综合症。[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]⑸．[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]H[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]度及以上的窦房、房室传导阻滞、左束支传导阻滞。[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]⑹．[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]预激症侯群心电异常。[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]⑺．[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]冠状动脉供血不足，ST段缺血型降低（包括水平型、下垂型、弓背型、下陷型、近似缺血型），
T波改变（包括低平、双向、倒置），Q—T间期延长，U波倒置，心律失常等。[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]⑻．[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]未列举的其他心电图异常。[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]3[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]．为了自身安全，参赛者最好无心、脑血管疾病、高血压、猝死等家族病史，本人既往身体健康，无晕厥等病史。[/size][/font][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=12pt]4[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]．运动员在参赛前，应保证自身身体状况良好，没有感冒、发烧、急慢性疾病等异常情况，如有异常，应及时通知赛事组委会，并主动退出比赛，否则后果自负。[/size][/font][/color]
