12月1日穿越长乐牛头湾-松下海岸线活动公告

穿越长乐松下－下沙海岸线活动： 活动时间： 2007年12月1日(星期六) 
集合时间：上午7:45集中，8:00准时出发，超时不侯。 
集合地点： 817南路福州市工人文化宫内电影院大门口，（文化宫公交线路：1，10，11，20，805路）。
活动性质：自愿参加，量力而行，风险自负。
活动类别：健行、穿越、登顶、观海。
活动强度：中级。
活动行程: 15公里。
线路地点：福州－长乐牛头湾－午山－大祉－长乐松下－福州。
活动费用： 35元/人（车费，向导费等）。午餐：自备干粮或炉灶食品；晚上大家愿意就在松下fb完回福州。
报名方式：请山友跟帖或电话报名；再发短信确认（2楼是确认名单）。发短信格式：什么活动，网名（名字），参加人数等（接收短信手机 13959185486）。 
线路特色：长乐牛头湾至松下海岸线穿越，此海岸线是大陆架最经典而美的海岸线.，以走海岸线为主, 一路走海边礁石，翻山越岭，惊险刺激。空气清新，景色优美，海风拂面. 途中有好玩刺激的攀岩缓降活动。好吧，带上您的相机，带回那美好的记忆。
报名须知： 
1、年龄须在18周岁-55周岁。 
2、高血压、心脏病等疾病患者谢绝参加。 
3、参加者不得乱扔垃圾，不破坏自然环境，注意防火。 
4、因户外活动有较多不可预知因素，参加活动者不能独自行动必须服从指挥，并富于团队精神，瞻前顾后，通力合作，互助友爱，发扬不怕苦、不怕累的精神；不得超越前面的领队和落在最后押队的领队之后；谢绝无组织无纪律和擅自脱离队伍的人员参加，若发生意外由其自行承担责任。 
5、免责声明：参加者均视为具有完全民事行为能力人，能自行承担产生的后果负完全责任；本俱乐部活动不以盈利为目的，属结伴同游性质，自愿参加；参加者已认识到户外活动的风险，自助活动风险自负，一切意外与俱乐部及领队无关，组织者和领队均不承担任何相应法律责任及经济赔偿责任，参加者放弃对同行的组织者、领队和队友的索赔权。参加者必须个人自行购买有关意外伤害等保险后参加。这里不是旅行社，是结伴同游，没有保姆式服务。一切后勤事物需要队员协作完成。有可能遭遇：迷路、堵车，坏车等一系列无法预料的情况，会抱怨者请三思而后行，特此声明。活动开始后，本声明将自动生效并表明你接受本声明，否则，请在活动开始前退出本次活动。 
6、个人装备：建议穿软底防滑鞋，长袖宽松衣、裤，遮阳帽、太阳镜、毛巾、厚手套，头灯，饮用水和雨具。 
7、途中由于一些不可预计因素引起的计划变更，遵照民主原则，最终以领队意见为准。 
8、参加者均视为同意以上条款。 
9、公用装备：卫星定位器GPS，对讲机（频点：462.275），登山绳索，地图，指南针，开山刀，急救药品。。。。。。 
10、报名截止日期：限人数。自即日起开始报名，报满为止。

友情提示：俗话说戏山不戏水，走海岸线请大家一定要小心。 　　　1、注意不要太靠近有海浪的边缘，真的遇到海浪打来要立刻蹲下稳捉住可以捉住的地方。 　　　2、海岸线石头多，而且这些石头都是非常硬的。所以行走的时候不要跳跃的走，一步一步的走，不然容易扭到脚。 　　　3、路边的树支看清楚才捉，因为带刺。 　　　4、跟领队线路走，擅自走有危险海岸线的不欢迎！       5、请多带饮用水和手套。       6、请参加人员在星期五下午17：00之前登陆网站核对自己报名的名单。
